car shakes when you brake

when you get past 45 and hit the brake the car starts to shake bad.I cecked the roters but they are fine.Know it is making a screching sound from the front tire but it is not the brake pad.What else couled it be.I need to know what is wrong please help .

sounds like your rotors are worn
