97 cavalier dash board removal

i purchased some reverse glow guages on ebay and im trying to install them im my cavalier.... i have the layout of all the screws in the dash and when i remove all screws and wiggle and pull the upper dash doesnt wanna budge apart near the passenger side airbag??? any body know whats wrong........very fustraiting i even scracched my interior a little because of this mess, should i just get it professionally installed?

there is two gold screws under inside the glove box. check those there is one on the right kinda under the vent. and one on the very end behind the panel, there should be 8 screws all together 9 including the top vent you remove. so if you dont have 9 screws you are missing somthing.
