93 Q45 Alarm System

I have a 93 Q45. I removed the battery a few days ago. Since re-installing it, the alarm system goes nuts every time I start the car. It cycles 3 times for 30 sec each. I have looked and looked through the FSM with no luck. I also don't have the key fob.

Any Suggestions?
