Issues with alternator

Anyone have any suggestions on removing the altinator. its a pain to get to.

I believe you can get the alternator out on a 2.0 beetle w/o taking the intake manifold out. There are 2 12mm or 14mm bolts that hold the alternator in to the bracket that need to be taken out. Then use a prybar to pry the alternator out, dont for get the small 8mm nut that holds the harness to the alternator.

When you put it back in you have to press the brown bushings out a little so the alternator will slide in
