Locked Engine

I bought a 89 cavalier RS with a 2.0 engine. The car has been sitting for 4-5 years and the engine is locked. I put WD-40 in cylinders about a week and a half ago. I can not get it to budge any ideas? If motor is no good, I would like to put a 3.1 V6 and a 4 speed automatic in it, but not sure what kind of donor car. Will only a Cavalier work or another car?

3.1 V6 = 3 speed automatic, not 4 speed.

Get hunting for a Cavalier or Sunbird, you'll be needing all the mounts and the wiring.

My car has the 3 speed auot in it now, so stick with it?

Still trying to work on that motor but to no avail. I want to put a 3.1 in it but will the 3-speed automatic that is behind a 2.0 handle the 3.1. If not what trans. will?
