You have uncles and aunts named "Boy," "Girlie," or "Baby."

One of your uncles is an alcoholic.

You have relatives whose nicknames consist of repeated syllables like "Jun-Jun," "Ling-Ling," and "Mon-Mon." Mine by the way was "Che-Che."

You call the parents of your friends and your own parents' friends "Tito" and "Tita."

You have four or five names.

You greet your elders by touching their hands to your forehead.

You always kiss your relatives on the cheek whenever you enter or leave the room.

Your mom tells you to become a nurse.

Im a third filipino. Pretty funny stuff there.

I'm a unique mutt!! My seconf largest ethnic back ground is Filipino. I say about a third of those are about right for me....

i'm half. amnd i must say that everything u posted i have seen either here in the US or back on Manila. funny stuff tho. peace.

by the way, does anyone kno of a good place to get odobo, lumpia, show pow, pansit, or watever that damn bread with the suga is? well j/w. peace and love to all my half filipin bros and siss out there.
