B16 exhaust manifold clearance

Anyone out there do a B16 swap and use the stock exhaust manifold? I have not put the engine in yet, but just by measuring, it looks like the manifold will be really close to the cooling fan on that side... like within 1/8" . Anyone else have this problem, and what's the solution?
