2004 Sel V6

I recently purchased a 04 Taurus and am quite pleased with it. There is a key pad on the drivers door and I want to enter my personal code. The owners manual states I must enter the factory code. Owners manual says it is on the wallet id card supplied with the car and also on the computer module. I don't have the id card, so does anyone know where the computer module is located? When I locate the module what will the code look like? Will it state "key pad code" or what?
