modding popup head lights to lazy eyes

hey guys, seeing how my head lights don't go up and down anymore they just stay up, i was wondering if it was possible to mod my pop up headlights to make them "lazy"? i think it would look better than them being all the way up. thanx for posting

I dont know if this is your problem with your headlights not going up or down anymore, but its worth a look:

I know its not about hte lazy eye, but I like them being able to go up and down.

Now, I'm not sure if this is a malfunction or not, but on my 89 Formula, if I turn the headlights on, then turn them off, but before they collapse fully, I turn only the parking lights back on, the headlight flaps will stop in the "lazy eye" position with the headlights remaining off.

i think that they all do that because if you turn the head lights on and then turn just the headlights off and leave the parking lights on the headlights will stay up
