Does anyone know the system requirements for Codemasters V8 Supercar Racer Driver. It might be called something else overseas. It has V8 Supercars, DTM, BTCC and others championships all in one game. :)

Well looking at the pic I would have to say owning a Play station 2 would be the only requirment.
Or are you looking for a PC version?
In which case find a site selling it, or a game shop selling it, and look on the side of the pack.

Found this for ya.

Its dated sept 11 2001 so I assume the game has just been released.
However this http://www.sportplanet.com/hg/screenshots.php?id=36 claims otherwise.
but of course the best place to look is www.codemasters.com
:D

the game is not yet released, its due out around june or july.
So no system requirments will be released untill then.
But you can safely assume that a celeron II will not have what it takes.
Like most new games I would expect it to run at its best on 1ghz + machine. But it might run on slower and older comps.
As for the PS2 version, well I'll keep my eye out for it, and defenitly get a demo copy.

Thanks. I had checked out the Codemasters site before hand and couldn't find any requirements, so I thought I'd ask you guys. By the way it was the PC version I was talking about, I just added the Playstation picture so if anyone didn't have a clue as to what I was on about they could at least have seen the picture of the game before. The game isn't out here yet but I'm guessing it will probably be to good for my PC. :)

Dont give up on yet.
Driving games dont often require a lot of proccesor power. Its only when the makers go over bourd graphicaly that it can get demanding on a system. But then often you can turn off a lot of the graphics and still have a very enjoyable and playable game.
I'll try and get an advance copy of the PS2 version, and hopefully find some specs for the PC version for ya.
