Question from soon-to-be Silverado owner

Hello everyone. On Tuesday I am purchasing a used 2004 Silverado 2500HD with 13,000 miles from a local dealer. My question is about three red buttons to the right of the AC controls, directly above the airbag shutoff button. Any assistance in identifying these buttons would be greatly appreciated.

are they labeled? do they have any markings on them?
