Lights only work on high beam?

I'll turn the light switch all the way over, and nothing works. Then when I hit the high beam switch, they work. When I turn off high beam, they don't.

This just started happening out of no where. Although sometimes my lights do work without the high beams, but it's random.

I've also noticed that when I use my right turn signal, that little ticking noise is MUCH faster than when I use the left turn signal.

What type of problem could this be?

Problem 1 check fuses and clean holders. If ok find relay and change it (listen for which one clicks) or check light switch. Stupid question - you did check both headlamps? sometimes on goes and you don't notice (dip beam is used the most) then the other one goes and all is dark so now you notice.

2. problem with binkers - faster flashing means that one of the indicator lamps on the side that flashes the fastest is not working usually the main fron or rear. Get someone to watch while you try them.

the blinkers are probly needing a fuse change, but the headlights probly just need to be replaced or the bulbs are loose. on another vehicle i had the high beams were all that worked so i replaced the bulbs and they worked fine afterwards.each bulb has 2 wire things inside, one for low beam and the other for high, i would replace those its the cheapest start i think, unless it is a fuse then that could be cheaper.
