Beat a cobra hehe :)

Well, I raced a cobra on the way home and beat it by like 5 feet. We started from a roll and I was surprised because in 1st he was ahead, but my gears are longer so when i shifted i went ahead of him by like 3 or 4 feet and stayed that way until 3rd when i pulled a bit more. I still need to rewire my fuel pump to run higher boost too :). Im happy

good kill but street racing cost me $400.00 and allmost my car.also your insurance goes sky high!

what year cobra? i can pull on them pretty easy if its like the 97's or something with the curved body. there not all that hot.

I think it was a curved body one, im almost 100%, but i only have a 14b at about 15psi :), wish i had an evo3 big 16g lol

ALL THIS TALK IS GETTING ME EXCITED!! lol.....i cant wate till i get my 20g setup!!.....i been killin mustangs with my t2small....which i find horibly sad concidering my car is almost completely stock.

havnt raced any cobras yet. and yes i would race one have i the chance , but im sure the cobra would spank me untill i get my new setup.

Damn you guys are whoopin on Mustang's? I raced a 2003 GT from a dig and just couldnt pull on him. He would pull a couple feet and stay there. Neither of us would pull on each other. I asked the guy with the GT if he would race from a roll, but he said I would whoop his ass so we didnt.

you should smoke a gt. I did and it wasn't stock and i was running 14psi on a t25

a gt beat me by 2 cars when i was stock. from a roll :(,

but i aint scared now ;)

I guess I lost since the GT had a better launch then me(He is a very good driver and has more experiance then me). Well after I do some more fuel and supporting mods I should be able to take him. I just wish he would race me from a roll!

That's some pretty bad ass racing. But watch out for those 03-04 cobras cause they will pull on your in a heart beat.

what ive noticed that most "street racing" are from a roll. or on the highway trying to fly by you.
