Knocking problem...need help.

Ok i went out for a ride today and i was watching my logger and everytime i give it gas it reads 9 counts of knock. Even just sitting in the driveway and rev it it still reads 9 counts but never any more. What could this be and what can i do to remedy the situation?

We can't really tell what your car is doing. It could be something small like lifter tick causing phantom knock, or a faulty knock sensor.

it happent to me before, but after I take off my muffler , and put the orginal pipe back on , the car run really smooth , and no more knocking.

Its weird cuz the car runs great when your getting on it but if you are just casually cruising along you hear it too especially in 1st and 2nd.
