You don't have the 2 and 3 cylinder wires swapped do you? That's the first thing that would come to mind. Firing order is 1,3,4,2 -

no my firing order is fine, i made sure to double check it, its 1,3,4,2 counter clockwise. also im not getting any trouble codes either, so i have no clue whats going on. like i can grab 2 and 3 header tubes and there cold, but 1 and 4 are blazin, i pour water on it and it just boils

what did you do to make sure you were getting spark? getting fuel?
i ask because..............if you are getting fuel and ignition, your #2 and 3 cylinders would be flooded with fuel if it is not igniting. what obd b16 is this? check injectors and wiring. test the injectors with 2 wires from the battery to the injector plugs. polarity does not matter. they should be clicking at the same decibal. if they do click, check for resistance and current with a didital multimeter. if all seems fine, swap known working injectors to suspected non working injectors. the injectors may be clogged. see if suspected non working injectors fire in the new cylinders.
the way i make sure to check if i am recieving fuel or combustion is................i throw in brand new spark plugs. run the engine for about a minute. then i pull the plugs and look at the electrodes. if they are still brand spanking new, then i know there is no combustion. if i dont smell fuel and it still looks brand new, then i know there is a fuel problem.
also, if your compression is low or dramatically uneven, you will not get combustion. a compression gauge would be good for this.
good luck.

if you can get someone else to crank the engine, put a long screwdriver on the injectors and put your ear to them, like a stethoscope. you should hear a rapid ticking noise from each one. if they arent ticking, they either arent getting any voltage, or they are stuck closed. the only reason i say stuck closed is because if they wer stuck open, you would be getting gas into the cylinder and the car would fire on all 4 cylinders, athough rich on those two.
have you taken a plug out, stuck it in the wire for that cylinder, and grounded it to the valve cover while someone else cranks it? if so, see what color spark you get. it should be white to blueish if its strong, if its orange or yellow its not a very strong spark.
