Need a 99 notepad holder

Anyone have an extra notepad holder for a 99 Suburban in grey.

A pen exploded on my console and after trying everything, I can't get the stain out. The ink just got on the holder, so I was a little lucky there.

I've checked the local salvage yards and Ebay, but no luck on just the flip over notepad holder.
