Low beams and drl not working

Replaced the low beam bulbs and the multi function headlight switch. Still have no low beams or drl.The drl on the dash keep flashing. High beams work and I have power the fuses are good also. I have heard about a drl relay,is there such a thing and where is it? this is a 1996 everythings working when tested with a volt ohm meter but does not work PLEASE HELP

There's quite a few different causes listed in the above link,
you may find one that's applicable to your problem.

I would just try and get a whole new wire harness for the front, been there and done this with my g/f's car.

Replaced the front headlight wiring harness and everything works again. thanks for your help. for the next person who need help with this. In the front of your car under the battery and the windshield washer tank are some factory splices they have corroded and caused my problem and there is a ground under the battery. also in the 96 cav. the headlight multifunction switch is the ground for the headlight system. thanks
