92 Civic Hatchback Vti Stalls when running A/C

I have a 92 Civic Hatchback VTI, When ever I push the clutch in to slow down it stalls only when running A/C. I have but need plugs and given it a tune up, adjusted the idle. It still stalls around town. Any help would be great.
