Problems with 91 Camaro RS 305 TBI

I am having problems with bogging as I start to accelerate, and I am having some rough idle issues.

I just got done putting an enlarged TBI and intake on it. I also put a stage 2 chip, headers(without the A.I.R ports, which I removed the system up to the airpump).
The TBI unit comes with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator which I have tried setting to the max with no change in the idle.

If someone has some advice where to start I would appreciate it.
