Not really regarding Car Modeling but this is a good forum for paint little things. I want to know of any of you pro painters know a paint that will match or come close to the paint on this MiniDisc's buttons? This is very important. Thanks!!!!

Most paints won't be durable enough to withstand the constant use. You'd be best to have them electroplated it you want it shiny. For solid colours a topcoat of two part epoxy urethane is the only thing that is likely to be tough enough.

I'm most concerned with the appearance of the finish. After I paint it, it will be in a case so there will be very little contact because I have a remote for it. I just really want the buttons to look OEM. I'm also looking toward a black Gameboy SP finish (semi-matte finish) for the unit excluding the buttons. What about vinyl dye, will that do the trick?
