First street race ever

Well I was at a family thing at my grandparents and my whole family was there.me and my dad decided to go out and my aunt let us take her 98' eclipse. Well we were going down main street and we stop at this stop light we hear this bass thumping and me and my dad both laughed, the guys next to us must have heard(we had the top down) and he started talking crap about the eclipse(stock) and he said that his early 90's grand prix could beat it. so my dad says well on green we go(not much traffic) and it turns green my dad floors it shifts into 2 we get the jump hes at our door we shift to 3 and we start gaining, 1 car, then 3rd, 2 cars. an my dad shuts it down, the light up ahead is red. no cars are around but he doesnt get up next to us at all he made sure to stay behind us. over all a good night.

Well everybody has a right to their own opinion. Some people have a problem and some people don't. I remember a thread just like this in the stress release forum. My point is in all honesty, you really can't tell anybody what to do. Suggesting is more what they mean. IF somebody came to try to destroy somebody stuff, then your the one in the wrong. Besides what honest working person would want to destroy something somebody else honestly worked for? Thats why I have an alarm. Oh and the HERO is the guy who tries to save everbody else.
