I posted in this thread earlier, stating that I thought the picture posted by sivic02 was hilarious. That post got deleted, apparently because if did not contain an insult pic. I would like to post this excerpt from the thread "COT guidelines".

Now, correct me if I am wrong, but I am pretty sure that this clearly states that posting a post containing nothing more than an expression of laughter is permissible, if not even encouraged. I would like to ask then, why was my post deleted?
