HELP!!! ABS and Brake warning lights

About a year ago, I had the ABS light come on, and a motor sound that wouldn't shut off. I was told to pull the fuse for the ABS, and the motor stopped. I then had the ABS control module replaced (VERY expensive), and everything was fine. Last night, I had the same thing happen. Should this have gone out again so soon? However this time when I pulled the fuse to stop the motor, the other brake warning light came on. I intend on taking it to the dealer tomorrow, but wanted to see if there was anything I could/should be on the look out for. Thanks

I had a similar thing occur on a Ford that we have. The ABS light will just come on periodically and then shut off. I have tried taking it to the garage but the darn light won't come on when they are trying to run diagnostics or whatever to figure out what the deal it. Very frustrating. So, I've just ignored it. I've had the brake pads and rotors replaced; tires rotated, etc. and none of the mechanics have said anything else.
