What is the normal amount of voltage that is to be put back into the battery from the Alternator? Shouldnt it be a little bit under 14 volts? I'm getting just above 12. Does this mean my alternator is going bad? I just replaced the battery, it was bad so now at least the car starts and runs, but it's not putting out as much as it used to. Anyone have an Idea? Thanks-
