somebody answer this question 97 Z71

Hey guys I need some help, bout 3 weeks ago 2 codes come up, both were o2 sensors. took the first 2 out and blew'em out with a airhose. cleared the codes, everything was fine till bout 4 days ago.
When you start the truck the engine ides up for a split second and it goes back to an idle. then when i hit the gas there a loud air noise coming from the engine, no codes detected, quites actin up after bout a mile took the mass airflow off and blew it out, new air filter, new clutch fan, cleaned the pcv. Put fuel injector cleaner in and have been
driving it around trying to get a code to come up,but nothing. Doen't have the normal power, but louder under the hood. If any of you guys have a idea of whats going on here, I would really appreciate some info.

5.7 and 160,000 miles.....

Might be you have an intake manifold leak???

Sounds like the clutch fan but you say it's new. I believe they can only go on one way so are you sure its not a defective part? Also, I can't remember if the fan can only go on one way, so wondering if is possible you put the fan on the clutch fan backwards?
