All the B-series have the same bore (except the B20)so if you bore'd it out, you couldn't use ITR pistons.

A B18C1 motor is a stroked B16 with a taller deck height. Bore is the same. To bore a B16 out to 1.8 litres requires an 86.5mm bore. Stock is 81mm. You do the math, figure out if stock ITR pistons will work. To bore it out that far you need aftermarket sleeves which run about 1000 installed, and even then 86.5mm is pushing it.
