k24 motor in a 1997 civic

hey people i just wanna know i got money to get a k-series motor n i know that a k20 motor can go into a civic wit no problems but i been looking more into it and i want to know if i can swap instead into a k24 motor into a 97 civic. if possible since k series would their be problems meanin like no air conditioning or it wont fit ..... and etc. :confused:

yes it will fit. you should be able to get ari conditining but not powersteering. I think i read somewere on this forum that it set to high. also if i am not wrong a k24 and k20 swap should be nearly identical.

No thiey Already made kits for P/s and A/c For K series so yes you will have a/c and p/c (if you buy a kit) and fast as hell car.

I had heard the only way to fit the power stearing in was to cut a hole in the hood.

so u basically saying that if i put a k24 inside a 97 coupe civic that the airconditioing will work just not power steering(which i dont have anyways) but basically you are saying that it will work and the swap will convert and work wit no problems??? :naughty:
