Need Help ASAP

Well lately I have really started to like gunmetal/black rims and thought about painting mine. I figure I'm gonna try painting my steelies first, and if those come out good, I will move onto the TSW Revo's. What do you guys suggest for methods and what paints to use. I was gonna sand them all (sadly I dont' have a sandblaster) and then primer/paint/clearcoat. What brands should I use and what kinda paint?

if u do do it, make sure u use a high temp primer/paint/clear.
