Creeky SLS???

I have I 98 SLS with about 54k on the clock. When its cold or hot I hear a slight creeeek out of the passenger front wheel well, like a bushing or something and it only happens when I turn left. :screwy: SO call me righty!!!

Possibly a bearing?
