Owners Manual Info

Hi, just the FNG here. Just picked up a very cherry 98 Sebring convertible Jxi, but did not get an owners manual. Two questions:

How does the ETC (electronic traction control) work?

How do I program the garage door opener on the sunvisor.

So far love the car, it's a work car, so I can leave my gas hog 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 V10 parked. Appreciate any answers........
