sluggish acceleration /good midrange/ good full trottle

1992 4.3 vortex cpi needs more low end take off. I have replaced tps,iat,mat,egr,o2,fuel pump,cap ,rotor,plugs and wires, It also has arcing from coil to intake

Are you sure the spark plug wires are on right? The coil arcing is not normal. Also might remove the EGR valve and look for a small carbon chunk in the little plug valve in it. A small leak in there can cause low speed problems, rough idle.
