Floor Mats

Has anyone had floor mat issues? I know this is trivial, but I have mats with holes and holes in the carpet and no way to hold the mats in place. The dealer ordered a bunch of parts shown in the catalog, but nothing seems to go together to hold the mats in place. Bunch of press together parts but nothing to go through the mats or into the floor carpet holes.
Thanks.
Thanks.

What year GTO?
If it is an 04/05, the lock down piece needs a 1/4 turn to lock into place.
Thanks.

The dealer doesn't seem to have a "lock down piece". From what I can figure and the configuration of the holes, it should be a hook with the part that goes into the floor the part that turns a quarter turn, correct?
What the dealer had was a plate and grommets that don't lock together in any fashion. Plus, the holes in the mats are not supposed to line up directly over the holes in the floor carpet from what I see, or the mats would be in the wrong place.
Thanks.

Also, it is an 05. Thanks again.

Well, I have an 05 and my mats line up over the lock down holes just fine. I found my lock down pieces in my center console.
This is a no brainer, try another dealer.

My dealer might be a no brainer. They went through the entire parts book and ordered a bunch of parts for the mats and still nothing fits. Ahh, the delights of dealing with idiots at the dealership.
You're right, I'll try another dealer and see what the mats look like if they have a Goat on premises. There should be an easy solution but North County Pontiac doesn't seem to know what it is. And their "detailing" crew lost the entire hold down package in the first place.
