Hello,
I Have A 2000 Century,3.1 V6,4T65E transmission.I Would Like To Put On A Transmission Cooler To Give The Trans A Little Help And Ext-Life.
It Gets Hot & Humid Here In The South.
I Have Looked At Some At Advance Auto & Autozone And THe Price On Them Are About The Same. The Box Said It Takes About 1/2 Hour To Put On. (yeah...i bet it does)
Has Anyone Put One Of These On?
Any Short-cuts?
Does Anyone Know Which Hose Is The 'FEED' & 'RETURN' On The Radiator?
Any Help Will Be Welcome. Thanks
Mike

Heat is a killer for transmissions and a larger cooler is a great idea. They are not hard to install, just follow the directions. It also really doesn't matter which hose you attact to which line since it will flow either way. If your radiator tranny cooler is vertical the top line should be the feed and the bottom the return. If it is cross flow, the line on the side where the water enters the radiator should be the feed line and the line on the side where water returns to the engine would be the return. Good Luck.
