Steering Wheel Hub

Wuts up,
Well im moving out of my apartment and im not going to have parking near my car any more.
The other day i saw a acura just like mine (97 Ls) that had a steering wheel hub and on it, i thought it was genious.
So im wondering where the hell can i get one cuz i have already had my car stolen once even though it had a clifford alarm system on it.
You guys know where i can get one of these? Is the install easy? How much do they run arround?

do a quick disconnect hub. there all over on ebay and online there jsut called a quick disconnect hub.
