Thermostat

I recently replaced my thermostat because the old one was stuck open and every thing was working good but now my damn coolant gauge is messed I'm pretty sure it is my coolant sensor. What do you think, and if it is where is it.

since u replaced urs maybe u can help me.... where the hell is the thermostat..... im used to workin on older cars and not familure with this one....i have been looking online for diagrams to show me where its at but cant find anything....
