fastest car under $20000

I am trying to figure out what the fastest FACTORY STOCK car for under 20000 is. What do you think. I have hap people tell me a ws6, srt-4, and a slew of other cars.

Ok, this makes me ask...Why do you want to know. Are you looking to buy one, do you want something that is comfortable to ride/drive or something that is just damn fast for the money? Personally I would go wiht the WS6 and a 6spd.
