I need sound!

ok I have been looking for some amps and subwoofers for my camaro and my friend has an American Bass amp for $200 has any one heard of them and are they any good? http://www.americanbassusa.com/amp2.html it is 3000 watts and my friend says it hits hard the only reason I want a good sounding system is because its a V6 and the body is all bashed in so I want to be proud of it for something!

Starting in the wrong place, what you need to do is start repairing your Camaro before you work inside, unless your interior is all messed up as well then i'd begin there. Having a good sound system should be the last thing on your list.

sounds like you need a honda lol. but umm yeah thats a kick ass amp. what you planning on hooking t up too. also what head unit u got? and you better have some nice mids so the base dost over power your mids and make your music sound like shit.

I agree with the Honda comment. One of my biggest pet peeves is seeing banged up Maros, especially 3rd gens because they tend to look the worst. I suggest you fix it up dude.

I have like 200 to spend right now and I have another 200 on the way from a website so I dont have the money to fix it and when I do have the money (when I get a real job) to fix it I will just not right now

Honestly, my maro was the best looking one in the area, no rust, no dings, couple of little scrathes, looks good when washed, until i recently saw this 90-92 z28, which totally outclasses mine, but not for long!!

well hell i can respect that, the man cant do the rest of the car yet so why not do whats easy as hell...the music. just dont throw some 12.s in the back and call it a day. even on a budget u can get some nice stuff. try and get a custom box if u can just for the fact they fit better and u will have just what u need and not over kill. i myself kept my bose system, added a sony explode widescreen cd/dvd monitor, added a dvd player, 2 sonivision 6inch tv screens for the seats, and 1 passanger monitor visor. as for the thump right now i just have the bose sub that the car came with but hell it sounds like i have 2 tens in there, i may get 2 tens in a custom box that sits where the t-top go with some jbl's, i dont know yet but that might do it.
