a/c problems

hey guys, I'm having some trouble with my a/c.....right in the middle of a heat wave of course. The low side pressure is at 30lb and the clutch is not cycling much more than normal. However, it's still blowing hot air. There is a drier-reciever in the high side between the condenser and evaporater. The line going into the drier is very hot but the line going out is warm but not as hot. Could this be because the drier is plugged off or restricted? Any help would be much appreciated.
