Instrument panel

Hi Guys,
I have a 98' Intrigue. It looks like one of the bulbs on my intrument panel may have burnt out since one side is less illuminated. In order to replace the bulbs (194 ?), I guess I should remove the instrument panel... I was wondering if anyone knows the steps to remove it. I've found some instructions for other cars and it looks like a real pain, is it really worth it ?
