filter mag questions

in my efforts to find anything to further the longevity of my current engine and my next i came accross this invention. seems reasonable, and fairly inexpensive - but at their website they don't directly have the proper size listed for mustangs; which is weired because i assumed the filter size that 5.0s used was shared with many other vehicles.
my question is: does anyone use one of these and if so what size did they get? also (off the top of your head) what other engines use the same filter size as the 5.0?

not sure the size but I am 95 percent certain that the 5.0 used the same oil filter as the 2.9V6 in the ranger and broncoII. My uncle had a 5.0 and when he got rid of it he gave me a few oil filters to use in my ranger and they were the same size. If you can find that than you should be in business, hope that helps.
