I hate those rims, ugly as hell. my neighbor has them on his 82 white Z28 and man they're ugly, i'd keep the stock ones because I like those.

the insides are just as clean too...these rims are in awesome shape...i may or maynot keep them when i go 18s...but i use stuff like wesley's bleachwhite and eagle one aluminum wash to clean the rims

True, for some reason I got 2 tires that will NOT get clean, ive tried like different soaps and everything but they're still dirty, any suggestions? Its not like I drive my Maro because hey I cant, but I want it to look good while it's sitting there.

i wound up using orange glo and a stiff bristle brush on mine and they were almost that clean but they still had little grey spots of something i couldnt identify. i thought about taking a blowtorch and a grinder to em to clean off the surface, but seeing as they are aluminum i desided against that course of action.

i got lucky when i bought this car in january...the guy obviously took care of it pretty good...that would explain why 21 yr old rims look to be in nice condition still and are not trashed...the underbody of the car is the same way...CLEAN!...no rust anywhere!...the interior could be better but i am changing it to black anyway so to me its no big deal

Damn, lol as soon as I read though about using a blowtorch and a grinder to clean off the surface I thought about this new blowtorch my brother gave me to use, then ofcourse I finished reading and will not do it because I dont wanna mess up my baby.
