SOHC ZC + Vtec Head combo? HELP

Sup all. I got a single cam zc. Was wondering if i could put a stronger head on top, for example, a vtec d16 head on it.
How hard would that be, and what componenets or parts would i need ot get the vtec and all that stuff working ? W ould i need a new ecu?
And anyone know anything about DH Racing Port'n'Polished heads?
