difference in gallard okits?

ok so im on ebay and theres 2 versions of the fujimi gallardo. th road version and the e-gear. is there a difference in the 2? and also, do both of them come with engines?

the e-gear is a transmission option on the gallardo. other than that the kits are probably the same, but please correct me if i'm wrong.
*edit* to make myself more clear if you aren't familiar, the e-gear transmission is the paddle shift type of tranny that ferrari's, aston martin's, and i believe even the new BMW M3 and M5 have.... also described as a clutchless manual.
