I just got a free DC 4-1 header from my friend and it was from a B16a. I want to know how I can make it work for my GSR b18c1 motor. Any ideas, has anyone dont this before. i dont mind cutting and welding. any info would be great. thanks.

b16 sits shorter than the b18. if you have the welder and parts, then, it would be worth it. id personally just sell it and then use the money to rebuy myself one for the b18.

yes, I do have the welder and an extra stock manifold that has a removable flange that connects the cat. what are your ideas on how to weld/cut to make it fit. thanks

it will be a pain to make it work. just buy a gsr header

find a matching size pipe, chop and weld to fit. flow characteristics will be changed depending on how your welds end up. welds will also be more prone to cracking when you hit a bump. sell and buy a new one.
