Help Me Please

i have a 1992 prelude sr. i was messin around with my tail lights, long story why, and i put everything back together the way it was. But now i HAVE NO BRAKE LIGHTS. if i turn my lights on and the rear lights come on, but they wontcome on when i press the brakes. alsoi can turn the car on, but in order to shift out of Park, I HAVE to use the unlock mechanism with my spare key, but when im driving the brakes work fine


Please give me any tips, suggestions or troubleshooting you can think of, thks
