cams

Hi i was lookin for some new cams on my 99 integra gsr. I don't know if i should get skunk2 stage3 cams or something else. Does anyone have a setup like that and what help did it give you in the 1/4 mile?

check this out. its a very informative page about cams and all the major brands specs. it sounds like type r cams are damn good and cheeper to. dont know about 1/4 mile times. properly tuned cams can net you 20+ hp.
