4L60E Valve Body

My 97 is starting to shift hard from 1st to 2nd, I am thinking that a vet servo and a rebuilt or new valve body will do the trick. The pan was dropped (clean, no crap when the filter was changed) and the trans was flushed (2nd change and flush at 99,000 miles, 1st at 50,000). I have found a bunch of rebuild kits but I would perfer to not rebuild it myself and the shops around here are far for dependable. So if this sounds like the right action where can I buy a valve body, I have been researching all over and only found one and they want mine before they ship a rebuilt out (not my idea)
