The new cars that are being produced by car companies all vitually have the exact same styling. Round, plain and boring. Exceptions to the entire Dodge line up, excluding the caravan which looks like every other generic minivan. Ford has a large variety of cars that have distictive features. And as for Chevy, i have no idea cause i don't pay attention to them. European cars i do not follow, unless it is the important companies i.e Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghinni.... And sure BMW. But basically if it comes for anywhere in Asian, round, plain and boring. Exceptions to Supra's, Skylines and STI's.

The Japanese have been copying the Europeans for years, only blandifying the designs in the process. The Koreans are copying the Japanese, but this worries me, because does that mean the Chinese are going to copy the Koreans? :uhoh:

The taillights of the new BMW 5 series remind me of that of the 2001 Kia Rio.

no....... the chinese would probably make exact copies of the original european cars and use an almost exact badge but of a different colour. or call them rover......

i dunno....350z's are pretty unmistakable...pretty sharp styling there...toyota celica's are pretty sharp...and the new mazda rx-8 has some of the most distinctive styling yet....i'm gonna have to disagree with ya on your generalization....and btw supras are one of the roundest cars that i can think of...the tail lights are round, the front is all round, and there aren't any huge fender flares or any kind of vents/scoops of any kinds....they're awesome cars but if they weren't fast they would be blah IMO...

Yeah 350z's are distinct, so are Celicas and RX8s yet all are uglier than shit. My point is the regular family sedan has become bland, and those cars that are made to grab our attention are well, ugly.
