Light Bar lights wiring

98 Wrangler, kid just picked up a light bar and lights. The wires come out of the light bar on the drives side just above the windshield bracket, but, what is the best way to get them into the engine compartment to hook up to the relay?

Drill a hole thru the body panel ;) Or thru the mounting holes of the light bar
