Won't Start

I have a 1991 Cavalier wagon. It won't start. Has a brand new starter on it. Battery is good and car is getting gas. Fuses are good. Don't know what else to check. Any help would be appreciated.

Will the car turn over? If not check all of your grounds and clean your battery conections.

i had that problem with my 88 it was the crank sensor,changed ut and it fired right up
